Start your Lay-by Today!

Start your lay-by today by filling out the lay-by form and quote your invoice number at check-out, and email to [email protected]. In this form you will be selecting the payment period, how often you would like to pay as well as payment method.

The end of the choosen Lay-by period, this period is referred to as the ‘Termination Date’. Once a Lay-by period has been choosen it can not be swapped for a shorter or longer lay-by period.

Minimum deposits to start the lay-by are:

  • For any purchase under $1000 = $50 or 10% whichever is greater
  • For any purchase over $1000 - $3000 = minimum of 10% of purchase price
  • For any purchase over $3000 = minimum of 20% of purchase price
  • For any special item order = 20% of purchase price

Once lay-by payments reach 40%, stock will then be ordered or reserved.   

Finalisation

Please notify Fitbiz 1 week prior to your intended date of finialisation, so we can ensure that the stock is ready for delivery or ready to be transfered to the designated store for store pick up.

Depending on the delivery schedule at the time of finalisation, delivery can be between 3-7 working days.   

Cancellation

If Lay-by cancellation occurs before the lay-by reaches 40%, Fitbiz will retain the Minimum Non-Refundable Deposit as a Cancellation Fee*.

If Lay-by cancellation occurs after the lay-by reaches 40%, Fitbiz will retain the Minimum Non-Refundable Deposit as a Cancellation Fee, plus 20% Restocking Fee*.

Non-refundable Cancellation Fee: 

  • For any purchase under $1000= $50 or 10% whichever is greater
  • For any purchase over $1000 - $3000 = minimum of 10% of purchase price
  • For any purchase over $3000 = minimum of 20% of purchase price
  • For any special item order= 20% of purchase price

Termination

At the end of the Lay-by period you will be contacted and given 7 days to finalise your Lay-by. If you do not finalise your Lay-by within 7 days of the Termination Date we will cancel your Lay-by and refund any monies paid minus the Cancellation Fee* and Restocking Fee*.
